1. About Mayze Interiors
Mayze Interiors specializes in handcrafted luxury furniture and custom-made pieces created using premium natural materials, including stone, wood, metal, and upholstery. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, variations are an inherent part of the design process.

2. Custom Orders
Most Mayze Interiors products are made to order.
By approving drawings, renderings, dimensions, finishes, or material selections, you acknowledge that production will proceed based on the approved specifications.
Once production has begun, changes may not be possible and may incur additional costs and production delays.

3. Natural Materials
We work with genuine natural materials, including marble, travertine, limestone, quartzite, wood, and other natural stones.
Every slab and timber piece is unique. Variations in the following are expected and are not considered defects:

• Colour

• Veining

• Texture

• Grain

• Fossil markings

• Natural fissures

• Mineral deposits

Images, samples, and renderings are intended as references only.

4. Pricing
All prices are listed in the applicable currency unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice until an order has been confirmed.
Taxes, duties, customs fees, and delivery charges may apply depending on your location.

5. Payment
Orders require payment as outlined in your quotation or invoice.
Production generally begins after:

• Required deposit has been received.

• Final specifications have been approved.

• Necessary documentation has been completed.

Late payments may delay production and delivery.

6. Production Timelines
Estimated lead times are provided as guidance only.
Production timelines may vary due to:

• Material availability

• Artisan scheduling

• Custom fabrication

• Shipping delays

• Holidays

• Events outside of Mayze Interiors’ reasonable control

While every effort is made to meet estimated timelines, they are not guaranteed.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery estimates begin once production has been completed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Accurate delivery information

• Suitable site access

• Safe delivery conditions

• Someone is available to receive the shipment where applicable

Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries, storage, re-delivery, remote locations, or special access requirements.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect products upon delivery.
Any shipping damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by photographs.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

9. Returns & Cancellations
Because most products are custom-made:

• Custom orders are final sale.

• Custom furniture cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Deposits may be non-refundable once production has commenced.

For standard in-stock products, return eligibility will be determined according to the applicable return policy.

10. Warranty
Mayze Interiors warrants that products are free from manufacturing defects under normal residential use for the applicable warranty period.
The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper use

• Commercial use unless otherwise specified

• Accidental damage

• Misuse

• Improper installation

• Exposure to excessive moisture, heat, sunlight, or chemicals

• Natural material variation

11. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following all recommended care instructions.
Improper cleaning products or maintenance practices may void applicable warranties.

12. Intellectual Property
All website content, product designs, photography, renderings, branding, logos, graphics, and written materials are the property of Mayze Interiors unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

13. Website Use
You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

• Interfere with website functionality.

• Copy or misuse website content.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mayze Interiors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
