I or an authorised representative must be present during the confirmed delivery appointment to receive the furniture and sign the delivery receipt.*

The delivery partner will confirm the delivery date and estimated arrival window in advance. Arrival times may vary depending on traffic, the carrier’s route and earlier deliveries.*

I will confirm suitable parking or loading access for the delivery vehicle and disclose any restrictions or permit requirements before booking.*

Assembly time depends on the furniture and agreed service scope. Mayze Interiors will advise me of the expected duration before delivery.*

The standard White-Glove Delivery fee is $600 USD, separate from international shipping. It includes professional handling, uncrating, placement in the designated room, agreed basic assembly, and removal and disposal of crates and packaging.*

The base fee includes ground-floor delivery or up to one flight of stairs, whether indoors or outdoors, subject to a suitable route and delivery-team approval. A second flight costs $100 USD additional, and a third flight costs a further $100 USD. Deliveries involving four or more flights require an individual assessment and quotation.*

Exceptionally heavy or oversized pieces, specialized equipment, restricted access or complex assembly may require a separate quotation. Additional charges must be communicated and approved before booking is confirmed.*

I will ensure that pathways, entry points and the designated placement area are clear and accessible before the team arrives.*

I will provide accurate doorway, hallway, elevator and staircase measurements, along with relevant access photographs and building requirements, so the delivery partner can assess the proposed route before booking.*

Crate and packaging removal and disposal are included. I do not need to provide a separate disposal address. If I wish to retain any packaging, I will notify the team before it is removed.*

Natural stone furniture is extremely heavy. Once placed and assembled, it should only be moved with appropriate professional assistance.*
