White Glove Delivery is a full-day service. Myself or an authorized party must be home to receive and sign for the package. *

The delivery team may arrive anytime between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. Mayze Interiors does not control the exact drop-off time for large packages. Timing is dependent on the delivery truck’s volume and route for that day.*

I confirm that there is parking availability for the delivery truck*

Installation typically takes approximately 6–7 hours, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.*

The standard White Glove Delivery fee is $800 USD. Additional charges may apply for deliveries requiring special access. Any additional fees will be communicated prior to scheduling confirmation.*

This service includes up to two flights of stairs, whether indoor or outdoor. Any stairs above two flights, or specialized access requirements, may be subject to additional fees. Stairs above 3 flights will incur an additional $100 USD per extra flight.*

The delivery area must be clear and accessible before the team's arrival. I confirm that all pathways and entry points meet the minimum clearance for the item(s) ordered*

I am responsible for ensuring that doorways, hallways, elevators, staircases, and other access points can accommodate the furniture.*

The service includes crate removal, but a valid drop-off or disposal address must be provided.*

I confirm that I will share a valid drop-off or disposal address prior to delivery.*

Natural stone furniture is extremely heavy, and once installed, it should not be moved without professional assistance.*
